1) Do you mean hosting or domain name? Hosting can switch, domain names can't switch yet.
2) You can buy domain names at WA now but you need to be a Premium member to have your domain(s) hosted here.
3) There is a work-around for emails Setting Up A Domain Specific Email Account 4) The annual cost of domain name registration at WA is $13.99 including Privacy. The cost of WA membership is $359.00
5) SiteRubix tech support will help you transfer a website to WA hosting once you become a premium member Submit a Support Ticket to SiteRubix Hosting Technical Support

The siterubix domain is really a pathway for great work. Specially for beginners who want to make their first experience in building their own website or learn from their past failures. Certainly, success requires more than the siterubix domain. It will come a time to be more practical to update to a name.com which is more appealing for success.

Also how do you get payment ?? PayPal ?? Bank wire?? Check ???
Pay day is the 1st of the month following the event except for a 30 day delay on annual premium sign ups. You probably have added your PayPal account into your payment settings. If not, click the black airplane icon then "My Stats" and your Payment Settings are at the bottom of the page.
