Don't be too hard on yourself. I've lost count of how many really great members mistakenly posted something that made them lose their write privileges removed temporarily. Live and learn....

I am very sorry about the death in your family. I too lost a friend this week and the sadness causes us to not think as clearly as we could otherwise.

I am glad that you seem to have a renewed appreciation for the WA community.

If we didn't make mistakes we wouldn't be human Jason. Mistakes are fine but disobeying the rules on purpose would be a different matter.

Hi Jason, where to start with this. You made a mistake, WE ALL DO. Should you have known better especially with your time here, YES, but guess what, at a moments time, we all tend to make mistakes. Heck, I was at dinner 2 weeks ago, which was a dinner for people with our church, which we meet once a month, and it is just to have fellowship, fun talk about anything. Well, we have this lady who is older in age, a realtor, and came in like a bullet. She sat ordered a glass of wine and just started in. She had had a bad day and is very involved in politics. Well, something happened that day, and she was glued to the T.V. well, she chose to bring it to the dinner. I sat there and looked at my friend, and said, does she not know we don't discuss politics, and we are all of the same religion, so that doesn't matter, but really? I mean she was all in!!!!

After about 30 minutes, everyone had had enough, and well it hit the fan. The people at the dinner were not harsh but did remind her, this was not the place, and she should know better after being part of the group for over 29 years. She got up apologized, (very rudely) i might add, and left. I heard the next day, she called the person who handles setting up the dinners and said she would not be coming back. Instead of apologizing, she decided, she was in the right, and no one was going to shut her up.

My point is, you acknowledged it, I personally don't care much about those things, I have my opinions, but I do keep them to myself. It is said bars and other social sites or events, do not have room for POLITICS. Right or wrong, everyone has their opinions, right??
You are forgiven in my book and eyes. I wouldn't worry about it, it's over, and water under the bridge time to move on.

By the way, I share my beliefs on believing in the lord, and how he has made my life great. If I in the wrong, well then I guess I should leave as well right?

Don't beat yourself up, dwelling on situations will never allow you to be great, and move forward!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
