Very Happy Thursday
Good morning, after taking yesterday off from my online business have to admit just that short time, I feel refreshed.
Have not talked about my daughter in few days, today she has an appointment as home health care aid believes she is no longer needed as Leeann is doing that great.
Leeann is ready to return to work, but she cannot. So, after appointment we will be going to the beach and getting her out of the house. She wants to play with our puppies outside and test her strength rather she can control by leash or not. I believe that is a good way to test her strength after talking with doctor this morning.
Here is another positive in a way, which is positive for me at least. After having my Stroke last year, and not being able to work regular jobs to pay for my medical expenses. I relied on my husband and blogging to pay for everything, now temporary approved for disability that gave me full state Medicaid coverage.
The news of healthcare coverage couldn't come at a better time, as it is time for follow up appointments that I figured up was going to cost me over $2,000 cash out of pocket. This is why I worked so hard with my online businesses.
Next is filing taxes, I don't think of it bad way but positive. As I will have wonderful help making sure they are filed right.

That is all good news, Janette.
As far as Leann testing her strength, Don't let her rush it. One year, WAY Back, I came down with the Flu and Bronchitis when I was house-sitting for my parents. It knocked me out of work for a week. I thought I was ready to go back. Just the act of loading my stuff into the cab of my pickup wore me out and I had to take a whole other week off to really get my strength up to par. So, don't let her rush it.

Yes, her doctor said yesterday that she is doing very well and not releasing her to go back to work for another 2 weeks and before he does that she got to come back for another visit. He gave her permission to only more walking with no gym exercise. Only walk with our small dogs under 15 pounds, as bigger dogs can pull her and cause damage that would not be good.

Like I used to hear back in Dallas.... "Keep comin' back". That medicaid really can make a difference. Just in time. Keep doing the right thing. Things work out.
I just got my medicare. I haven't had any coverage in quite sometime. So, it is a monkey off my back opening the path even wider on my journey.
This really is the greatest country in the world. Politics aside...I'll follow my mom's words, "if you don't have anything nice to say, then keep quiet!". Have a great day Jannette!
Yeah, my husband getting all his medicare cards in the mail now as he will be 65 on April 30th this year. He jokes around saying the government trying to tell him he is old. He has a lot of understanding and reading, and so do I as I will be the one making sure appointments are made and he follows through. Being told medicare doesn't pay for a lot, and he has no plans to retire soon. He can't stand to sit around & do anything.
Not having coverage is hard, they set me up 2 years ago with insurance that had such a high deductible it was easier for us to pay the fine and just pay cash money for expenses. One of my medications paid $63 every month, I paid only $0.71 yesterday to pick up the refill. On 15, so should help with all.
