Today's post is about beauty

Beauty is how you look at things. It is in your eyes. It is all in your eyes, in our eyes!
But there are basics that you can apply to make your website more beautiful. Beauty appeals to people. So if you could attract them with your beautiful website to dive in your content with a good UX, otherwise known as User Experience, that would create a true client.
We can add this additional value of a beautiful looking website. I am inspired by the last lesson I learned from Jay, also known as Magi studios.
What are the elements to consider on a WordPress theme?
Payed or free would be the first big discussion. Free is awesome but without much support for the customer. It is mostly forums where other users might give some advice. Or may not. Payed themes offer you support for any need of customization. That is more valuable than you think.
Another issue is update and updating of the themes. Jay recommends generate press as the free theme. Updated constantly and lightweight from a technical standpoint.
Jay's number one recommendation for a premium payed theme is still generated press. It would be 50 dollars for a year. Support and updates constantly, super light and easy to use. Simple layout as well. Clients' websites, minimal blog content, seems to be good on Yootheme.com. It has a website builder into it and over 90 different themes to choose from. Studiopress is also interesting as it offers demos and helps to construct your website. It is more driven to business as well, like Yoothemes, but it also offers blog style structured themes.
Creating a good visual experience is key. You need to be able to customize every part that interests that experience. Fonts, sizes, colors, widgets.
Output side, that is what your users should experience: No distractions, keep it simple.
Input, how you can use it: diversity, more possibilities, easy to install, dashboard for customization, places where to put widgets. Especially the after entry positions such as calls to action.
So you need to consider that the User Experience is clear and clean, but on your side, the importance is how you can customize it.
It was such an interesting lesson that I wished to share what I learned,
Have a great day
