Brain workout - why don't we practice it?
I just learned that my name means fairy in old Sardinia language!
They have a casa dellas Janas and that is a house of ferries. Isn't that so beautiful?
I know my mother chose the name because in a sort of German - esoteric language it means "Yes to Life" unfortunately I cannot ask her anymore.
I wish I had respected her more and asked her more questions when I could.
This is also why Carson's loss is so close to me. I know it won't go away in a day, or a year or ever. Sorry, but time doesn't heal. It just helps you to put bands and ribbons on a package of sorrow.
I saw my grandfather burying his daughter and will never forget his pain.
It was my mother too, but the pain of a parent is unnatural and unbearable. So to not forget and let him know, we are still here with him, I urge you to each write a private message, maybe you have already done that. Write another.
Help life to slowly construct ribbons and help those in pain not to lose contact.
I know what pain is like, this is why I can fly. "I believe I can touch the sky". Yes I do, because I hit the ground hard. Many times. But it doesn't break your wings. Never will.
You cannot fail, as long as you are alive.
Every day is a success in itself. Don't be too hard on you. Don't look at the car, the house, the life you should have. Be grateful for the one you have.

Your neurons need stretching just like your muscles!! Do not let them get fixed on one thought. Do not let their rigidly repeat a strain of thoughts that is negative.
The best work-out for neurons?
DREAM, dream and dreeeeeeeeam, imagine and go with it.
You need to let you imagination wonder and stretch out.
Let your desires create dream worlds, live in them just for a second.
Those creative qualities need to do some muscle training and then stretch out!!!
Why would we only do stretching to our body anyways?
Stretch your mind. Bring it to the limit and back. Feel how it grows and enjoy the feeling.
Can you run a marathon without training and stretching? Well, you might.
But then you will surely not even walk again.
So why do we do that to our mind? Train it bit by bit.
And keep the goals and dreams broader than what your actual situation is.
If athletes would just do what they can do already, they would never improve anything.
Set your goals high, make a plan and stick to it.
But also do some work-out and stretching.
Soothe your thinking muscles and give them some dreams and stretching reality imagination.
