Hi Janet,
No need to include your website name in the content.
If your post title is also your keyword, then try to include that within the first paragraph of your post, but after that then you needn't worry too much about it.
Make sure your images have relevant ALT descriptions and if you are using All In On SEO make sure you enter your keyword in the Meta Title and fill out the Meta description.
If you go onto Live Video Classes, Jay has some very recent training on this.
I hope that helps.
Good luck.
Paul
ok, I get putting my post title within first paragraph.
I'm going to have to go find something that tells me what "ALT" is and Meta Title. Maybe those are addressed in later classes?
I'm just trying to get my first post done??? Thank you
Hi JanetSue
ALT is a shortened version of the word Alternative.
So in relation to ALT Text in an Image, it would be an Alternative name for the image/picture. What you need to remember, is that people with impaired vision 'listen to text' through special software and one of the areas used is the ALT Text for images. So you can make the name as informative as possible so the person listening to the text can envisage your image better.
A Meta Title is what the Search Engines use to rank websites with. Yes, this will be covered in later classes. If you followed Kyle's training carefully, he would have explained where it was important to insert the Meta Title and Meta Description.
If you need further help, let me know.
