I am in a bit of a keyword dilemma here and I need some help making a decision;
AVG TRAFFIC QSR KQI SEO
Option 1: 152 26 14 Great 96
Option 2: 72 13 0 Great 97
Which way would you go in this situation?

I always consider how much competition I will have to rank with my keywords and how much traffic they might bring me
I find if you take in all the information Jaaxy provides you sometimes it can overwhelm you, so if you focus mainly on what is most important to you that will ease your anxiety
My goal with choosing my keywords is ranking on search engines, so if you focus on the best ranking keywords with low competition more people are going to see your posts
I hope this is clear enough for you to understand a little better and be less overwhelmed

I would look and see how many authority site on each one and choose the one with less authority site, so that you would have a better chance of ranking in the top three spots.
