i need yje money, what di i do?
I have emailed to stop/cancel my account and stop taking money out of my account and you continue doing so, you just charged me again for 47.00 STOP Now!
Hi. You can close your account down if you go into Account Settings, Subscriptions Settings, and Manage Membership. Until you shut your account down, you will still keep getting billed each month. If you need further help, send Kyle a PM.
How do you pm Carson or Kyle? It does not allow me to. It just redirects me to another page.
Sorry to see you leave the premium membership. After you cancel your premium membership, I hope you continue to use all of the free resources that are here. They are helpful to get you going and to "think" about how to set things up - no matter where you set up online.
Hi Jane, WA is a monthly or yearly membership and you pay for the membership as long as you are a member. If you no longer wish to pay this monthly or yearly fee, you have to go into your account settings on the top right hand corner of your profile and select 'unsubscribe.' You will then stop being billed monthly payments.
If there has been an unhappy experience here at WA, it is best to speak to Kyle and Carson and discuss why you need a refund on top of unsubscribing. Wishing you all the best in your journey to success.
Do you still plan on using the forum, the chat, the classes, the keyword tool, and all the info here? The website is included. If you don't want to use or get a new hosting, there is no refund, since it is just a freebie included with the membership. Are you talking about your wealth affiliate WEBSITE or your membership here? Plz be more specific, to help you in the right direction.. thanks! :)
They want a refund for the premium membership they already bought. That would be something they would need to talk to Kyle or Carson about.
Hi. If you're wanting to leave Wealthy Affiliate, you need to close your account. Click on your picture icon in the upper right corner and go to account settings.
As for a refund, you have to contact Kyle or Carson and speak with them about that. To reach them, type one of their names into the help box at the top. Their picture will come up, and you click on it.

I request a refund since Sunday night, Monday morning early and Monday afternoon. I still the yearly amount I submitted on September first 2015, how do I do this?
