Is there a way to send or receive Direct Messages on this platform?
Yes, there is. If you go to the individual's profile, there is an icon to send a private message to an individual. In your WA page, you'll see an envelope at the top bar. That is where you find private messages sent to you. You will find both a file for those notifications you've read and the ones waiting your attention. Hope this works for you!
