I don't understand what it means create a template for your reviews can anyone explain this to me? please!!!!
There is a method for creating page templates in WordPress or one can use a review plugin.
I think in that lesson Kyle simply means creating a 'blueprint' or 'format' for yourself, with predefined headings and a review structure that you are happy to use for all of the reviews on your site
It can be as simple as saving a Draft post that has the outline or of your reviews, its headings, sub headings, and rating method, image layout, etc and then using that draft outline when writing it up. You can modify it at any time.
That way you can have a consistent approach to writing up your reviews - a checklist, if you like.
It is important to use a template so you are consistent with your reviews. So no matter what you review you deliver the same information and your readers know what they are going to get.
Cheers Kev
I'd suggest starting by reading some reviews written by others. When you find a particular style of review that you like, you can pattern your template after the way that review is written. Since the template doesn't need to be especially detailed, you're looking for the main points that the reviewer presents and the structure that he/she uses. Modify the structure as needed to suit your own style and be open to adjusting it as your write your reviews. The template is just a guide and isn't set in stone.
A template is a guide that you create for the overall structure of your reviews. It's essentially an outline of the main points that you want to include in every review.
The main advantages of using a template are:
1) You don't need to figure out each time just how you want to write your review. (You save time and frustration.)
2) Your reviews will have a consistency that builds credibility with your readers. (Your readers know what to expect in your reviews.)
You can always modify your template as you find better ways to create your reviews.

Hey Jana, these trainings may give you some tips : Where to Start on Facebook Create A Facebook Business Page Facebook Ads: Building a Quality Fan Page (Week 1)
Copy the URL of the review and paste it in your personal FB status box at the top. Then, just write a bit description of what the review is about. The same goes for your FB page, if you have one.
