Hi, when I am in my Wordpress Dashboard and Click on posts it shows all of my posts. This is where we can do the Edit or a Quick Edit, etc. The far right has a column titled

Great question, Jamie. Both webcash2us and LMH1968 gave you the right answers. AIO SEO will show you SEO errors for each individual post that need to be fixed to get a perfect score.

thanks so much! I'll see what I can figure out. It looks like my META DESCRIPTION is too long. Where is this so I can look at it and shorten it?

Do I even want to spend time on my older posts or once I know what to avoid focus on good scores going forward?

Open a single post that you want to improve your SEO score, scroll to the end of the post until you see the Meta Description box as shown with the screenshot. Add your description in the box and update the post.

Here's a guide on new AIO SEO and how to use it properly on your site: I would suggest updating your old posts regularly. I saw a good improvement in my rankings once I started to update my old posts. Below is the link to a short guide where I share some tips and advice on updating old posts:

if you scroll to the bottom of the page it will show you where the errors are and explain how to fix them.

Oh wow, how did I miss that? Thank you so much.

You are very welcome :-)

When in edit on a page or post you will see the score on the right. Scroll down and you will see the 3 columns showing the errors.

The left column is the meta data stuff, the middle is the title and the right is the content data. Click the columns showing the data errors and it tells what the problem may be.

In my case it's either sentences are too long or I'm writing too much in passive voice. These are things I looked up and fixed, I have some at 100/100 and some are 97/100, still working to find that line I need to fix.

Hope this helps.

thanks so much! I'll give this a try!

Hi, My site health says it needs improving and suggests to remove plug ins that aren't used. One that was deactivated is Google XML Sitemaps. This one sounds important. Sho

Hey Jamie, as for plugins, I would suggest the same as the other two comments. Check out with site support what plugins should you leave and which ones to delete or deactivate.

When it comes to HTTP and HTTPS, it means that you don't have an SSL certificate activated, which is very important for the security of your site and your overall SEO score.

To activate SSL, go to the Websites tab and open your Site Manager. From there go to Details of your site and scroll until you see the SiteSSL feature. In your case, it is probably deactivated. Just activate the feature and you're golden.

YOU ROCK! thanks so much.... FIXED~!

Cheers, Jamie. Have you sorted your plugins?

what do you mean sorting plugins? I emailed support and they said the Google XML can be deleted since I use the SEO. Not sure what you mean by sorting.

That’s exactly what I meant by sorting out your plugins. Have a great weekend!

Hey James
I remember mine was deactivated too. If site not secure I write to site support .
Wishing you well and a terrific weekend.

that worked, thanks so much!

Hi, I would write to support have them check my site

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support

You may also want to check your posts if have images or videos that are http vs https and change them, that's the text interface of your editor.

Has anyone started with a niche website and then change focus to the affiliate bootcamp training and website? I'm just wondering is there really money to be made with promotin

Hey Jamie, that's a great question. I can tell you from the first hand that there's money to be made in WA niche. The market is not saturated. People are learning about affiliate marketing every single day and millions use the net every day to surf for information, reviews, etc. It's far far far away from saturated.

The only thing about competition is that because the competition is vast, you'll have to work harder and wait longer to get results then you would if you go for a micro-niche like cowboy hats lol. It may take 100's and 100's of posts before you can achieve any significant results.

Let me know if you need more help on this one as I'm currently "on the field" in this niche.

There are many avenues you can use to promote W.A., as you can see from the other members below. It's good to try them all. If you have good ads skills you can do little posts in certain places and see the attention rate you're getting. Some people know how to put their words together that are like magnets. It doesn't have to be lots of posts.

No such thing as quick fast money in Affiliate Marketing unless you have a YouTube Channel and a website with at least 400 posts

Hi - it is very competitive. You could potentially have to write hundreds of posts about making money online before you see any great success.

Sounds like I need to continue with my niche :) Thanks so much for taking the time to answer!
Jamie L.

Hard to know. I'm working on it at the minute but no new members yet.

thanks so much! Just something to think about :) Jamie L.

What are Tags that Amazon rejected?

Please read responses below.

Hey Jamie, it's Ivan! I tried to find some solution to your problem, but I failed. This is something that sounds serious and my BEST ADVICE is to go ahead and send a private message to Kyle or Carson. I'm 100% sure they know what might be the course of your problem. After all, guys have over 15 years of experience with affiliate marketing.

Glad to hear that mate. I hope you’ll manage to fix this. Keep us posted on your progress.

Hi, I had a look at your post using your link.

Then clicked through to Amazon to check the link from your site:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07F9391XK/

This is the tag: (it's in the link above)

tag=cbdoil20-20

This is your tag and it looks correct in your link (see above) which I got from your website after clicking through from your 'Hemp Go Green 100% Hemp Canvas Heavy Duty Reusable Shopping Bag' widget.

However you do not have any 'Affiliate Disclosure' that is specific to 'Amazon' in your article /post, neither do you have it in your 'Affiliate Disclosure' page on your website.

There are templates you can use for your Affiliate Disclosure page in WA here…https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/content/create/6

Also, include this page at the header level of your website not only the footer - I spent a few minutes trying to locate this information before I found it in the footer on your site.

Again, place the Amazon Affiliate Disclosure and ANY affiliate disclosure where the reader can see it clearly in the article/post itself - most affiliate networks and programmes are strict about this as they have to comply with the FTC requirements.

You fulfil your part as an affiliate by also complying with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and their new rules for Disclosure Compliance by placing this disclosure on your disclosure page AND in your articles/posts.

See my Amazon Affiliate Disclosure at the top of one of my posts, for example:

affiliatemasterz.com/best-books-for-motivation-and-success/

This is another one of my posts where I show my Affiliate Disclosure for Bluehost also at the top of my post:

https://affiliatemasterz.com/how-to-start-your-own-blog-site/

I hope this helps!

Ola

Thanks! Great answer! So nice of you to go above and beyond and really look at my page. I have some work to do! :)
Jamie L.

You are welcome, happy to help, please update when you get it solved since I am also an Amazon Associate so it would be useful to learn from this.

Ola

Great question, looking forward to comments.

Folks thanks for your time and effort. Have a nice day.

Hi - as far as I am aware, the tag is your store ID, for example, xxxx-20 or xxxx-21. However, if you are taking your link from the Site Stripe bar, it should automatically have your ID embedded in it.

Were you perhaps using a link shortener? That is not allowed. It has to be clear that your link leads to Amazon.

Thanks for the reply... no, I don't even know how to use a link shortener lol I log in my affiliate account, do a search and copy the link and put it in my post. I recently put some ads here https://cbdoilrealreviews.com/hemp-fun-facts/

i see the 20 in the link that launches.... not sure what they are looking for....
Thanks so much.
Jamie L.

Hi - yes, your links look ok to me. I wonder if they have sent you the wrong reason for rejection, as you are actually breaking a couple of their other rules. You are not allowed to mention the price of an Amazon product, and your Affiliate Disclosure doesn't meet their requirements. Have you only got this one website, and this is the one listed in your Amazon account? Did you previously have a siterubix version of your website, and that is the one in your Amazon account?

hmmm not sure but I got some homework to do! :) Thanks for the tips.

I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate your help :)

Enjoy your weekend!
