You just have to keep checking back, they will pop up as people request them...
I open a separate page (tab) just for comments so when they do come in, I can take them...
There also seems to be sweet spot hours when more requests come in...
As you work the comment section longer, you will see...

I backed up my website 2-3 years ago with the plugin "backwpup". and I tried to find a way to upload it but wasn't successful.
The file has .tar.gz extension if that helps.

In Google searching to see what plugin you might have used, I discovered several video tutorials on doing what you want. See screen print below...
Running the same search you might find one of those videos (or even a post) offered in your search results that proves helpful.

if you look into it you see the plugin i got the backup would not give you option to upload it. it is weird. it is in one of those orange videos you attached here

As your site grows you will automatically rank for more and more keywords even on the same page. Google continually changes so its hard to predict exactly what you may rank for besides the main keyword for each page. (Even the main keyword is not guaranteed) Using them in headlines and a few scattered places may help, but don't overstuff the keywords. Use them naturally.

Yeah the problem is that they are like separated by headline sort of thing. I cant write separate page or article about each of them.
I would keep the headline simple and if possible, just use the additional keyword(s) naturally in your content. I'm gonna bet that if you take the time to do more research, the original portion of your keyword phrase can score big points depending on how it is worded. That would leave you with breathing room.
I learned that having a seperated headline does not always give you the best results.
