How do you purchase credits for site comments? I prefer the exchange we have, however I've had a crazy couple of months and haven't had much of a chance to write comments to ge

Thanks all!

I agree with Eric solution. Same thought.

Eric gives so pretty good advice. If you're still interested in purchasing comments, simply click on your profile image and select "credit dashboard" from the drop down menu.

Thanks Jerome! As I stated, I don't really want to pay for them, nor do I always think it's necessary. However, I wanted to at least know how to use the option, if it is available.

Personally, I wouldn't pay for comments when you don't need to. It only takes a couple minutes to leave a handful of comments, say 6, to get 3 credits for comments. Another even quicker option is the give and take comments thread where you just leave comments for a few people and then leave your article for others to comment on :)

Thanks! I agree. Sometimes I just greet so tired up with other things, I guess I figure it would be easier. Overall though, I agree. It takes me about an hour to get three credits and I like to have at least four oon reach article to stay. As of now, I need at least 20 to catch up. I suppose I can swing it lol

I always forget the give and take option! May need to use that to catch up.

Absolutely. It's a great way not only to get comments but at the same time you can get inspiration from seeing other member's sites. I love that.

the same good luck

My understanding is pages/posts within your site are "ranked", if your website is "indexed" by Google. However, not sure why your site would be indexed and then not indexed.

Thank you! My understanding is the same. Very curious and slightly concerned about this.

I don't actively promote WA so I don't have a lot of referral credits. I haven't reached the payment threshold yet. I've been with WA for almost three years and the credits I earned in the first year have not expired so I don't think there's anything to worry about there.

Sounds good. Thanks so much Marion!

No. Google says "one account, all of Google". You only need one account for all your activities. You can have different pages within Google+ but they should all be on the one account.

Thanks so much Marion!

Good question. I will be checking this for an answer also. Thanks for asking! :)

Thanks! Looking forward to the answer. I should've made a follow up: do you have to use a different email address for each Google+ account? I really don't want another one.

Everything Wordpress

I need to update my themes on two of my websites. However, this message is displayed on the update screen and I'm terrified of updating them.

"Please Note: Any customizat

Yes, I think I have this experience before. Better make a backup before try on.

I did. All went well following what others said below. Thank you.

Officially updated and all is well. I did switch themes in-between. Thanks so much for all of you all's help!

It's a pretty scary thought, losing all of your content... I'm pretty sure I would lose my mind if that happend.

This has happened to me in the past. Not with WordPress, but I NEVER want it to happen again.

I updated mine with no problem, but my sites are pretty new and don't have dozens of posts on them yet. Maybe those with bigger sites might lose some content, i don't know.

Duly noted. Thanks!

What my guy be a good option is changing your theme (temporarily) to a safe version prior to updating your current theme. I know that you can preview and change themes quite seamlessly

What *might* be a good option lol

Thanks so much and thanks for the clarification of your autocorrect lol

They only thing which can disappear is when you have changed things in the editor, e.g.verification code of Google in the <head
The idea of Robert sounds sensible

Thanks so much for this!
