Hi Elisha, I have read some parts of your website. First of all your about me page. The contents are ok, however, it looks untidy due to the fact that two letter types are used (first paragraph is different from last) and I think your page will look better if you would use the justify button (align everything to the left).
Secondly your niche does not look too broad, although you should ask yourself who the people are that you are targeting within this niche. Do you have a good idea of whom you are talking to?
Thirdly, are you getting enough keywords through the key word tool or Jaaxy?
I for one had never heard of Manga Otakus and maybe the foreign nature scares people off?
I hope that this comment will set you to think and I sure hope it will help you moving forward.

I have Corel PhotoDraw at home - if you want to send your pic in an email I might be able to crop it for you and send it back. Shouldn't take just a minute. If it's unworkable I can tell you. PM me if you want to try that.
Do you have any program on your computer that can crop an image in the right dimensions for your banner? If the dimensions are right, you should be able to shrink/expand it to fit, but any time you change the height or width independently, it will distort terribly.
You have to find a photo that fits that header size long and thin or short...if you don't have it the right dimensions it will distort

The image can only be so high its the height of the header you might want to change themes some of them allow a larger header photo
I tried changing themes at least a dozen times an put the picture in each one. It would not matter how big the original picture that was on the theme already it would still become smaller
I would give up and put the pic in your content area and a title in the header....or ask in live chat someone might know what to do
You can try irfanview , great photo editor and it's free... You can set there dimensions you want the pic to be, then save it and upload from the folder you saved it in...

Instead of typing the password in..try copying and pasting from the build my website page. Did you change the password after the site was set up?
Thank you for replying. I didnt change my password and i am still able to get it through with the button. I copied and pasted and typed it out I tied a lot of different things to try to get it to work.
First of check the forgot password box. To do that you have to verify the email. So it a test to see if that is right. If it is then change your password. Create a file on your computer for your domain and put in it the login and password details, the askimet key and any other relevant info. Try Lastpass to remember your passwords for free.

If this is the case, I suggest you clear cookies, history on your browser, close it , reopen it and try again.
If it still does not work, I suggest switching off the computer, take a break of a few minutes, power it up and try again.
If that still does not fix it, you could try opening a support ticket under "Build My Website" or try using a different browser.
