Day 10 - Learn How to Build a Website Yourself in WordPress 2017

To start off with, here’s a recap on what I did yesterday – Day 9:

So Today…
I’m going to go off track a little and kinda start from the beginning before we get more into the specifics of content creation for SEO.
Are We Really Willing to do What it Takes?
As you probably already know or may remember on my first post, I said that my strategy for this new website is to concentrate on getting ONLY ORGANIC TRAFFIC, which is traffic directly from Google’s search engines.
This means no paid traffic to get that first affiliate commission and all of the affiliate commissions thereafter - This also means that our SEO – Search Engine Optimization – is all we’re relying on to get this traffic.
AND…
This means we will most probably HAVE TO BE ON THE FIRST PAGE of Google to get that traffic…
Wow…
That sounds like a pretty daunting task – arrrggghhh! Watch her running for the hills – ha just kidding!
Look, I’m not trying to scare you here (or myself for that matter) BUT think about it…
This means that out of all of the websites that are out there vying for the same keyword as us, we have to be in the top 10 searches of Google to actually make any money with affiliate commissions.
I just wanted to put that ‘out there’ as there’s so many people on WA that are disillusioned about not getting their first commission within their first month of being here.
I say this over and over to newbies that come into WA:
“This is a mid to long term strategy, you have the ability to create an asset that has the real possibility of paying you over and over for years to come“.
I know this is the truth as I’ve created websites that are now paying me over and over, every single month – it’s truly an awe inspiring business to be in – this internet marketing thing – Woohoo!
But do you really have what it takes and are you really going to keep at it until you succeed?
This REALLY IS a mid to long term strategy…
I know this works, if you haven’t made money online before DO YOU KNOW IN YOUR BONES THAT THIS WORKS and are you really willing to do what it takes no matter what?
I really want to hear from all of you…
Where are you at in your business here?
Is there something I should cover specifically?
Am I just waffling or are you REALLY getting something out of these posts?

I know some of these questions may sound harsh, but I don’t think they’re off topic.
