Can anyone help please? :)

Cpanel is a dated interface and we have built out own interface here at WA (which is far more advanced and intuitive). You can do everything you need to do with your website through the Websites tab here at WA, and through the SiteManager.

If there is something specific that you are needing a hand with, please do let me know and I will be more than happy to give you a hand. :)

Hi Jackie,
If your website is hosted on WA, there is no access. If you need some help, you should contact site support.
Cheers,
Suzanne

thank you!

Anyone know how i can find my username and password to long into my URL/wp-admin area? I always login from WA site. Thanks in advance. :) I'm having some trouble with my theme

I need my WP username and password for Woocommerce activation. Where do I get them? the details on the Siterubix site manager do not work.

Hi Bryan, Did you look in your log-in details under the details tab in site manager?

They did not work. I have got around the problem thanks.

Hi Jackie,

Didn't you ask me this question yesterday? You'll find your log-in details listed in the details tab under your website in your site manager.

Go to the websites and hosting tab on your left and click on the gear icon. Under where it says your website administration details is where you'll find your WP-admin log-in details.

Sorry if I wasn't clear on where to access this info yesterday and if you need any further help with this please let me know.

Cheers
~Scott~

Jackie, if you need to fix anything on your site, you have to go to the Rubix manager to get to the dash board and do the changes on your themes, if you want to go to your domain, go to the Rubix then the domain. Hope that it helps.
Sam

most grateful Sam... how can someone from MyThemes.com access my dashboard? Nothing will show on my homepage and they are trying to help me trouble shoot, but they can't until they can log in to my site. I always login via WA, so I don't know what to give them. I've already given them the FTP username and password, but this is not what they need. Any more ideas?

Jackie, what My Themes.com want is the themes or template that you are working with it, that is at the bottom of your template on your home page. Maybe.

Oh! so what you're saying Sam is that if someone wants to help me with my site they have to access via WA?

Yes, they already know my theme is Socially Viral. is this what you mean?

Correct Jackie

Ok, the problem is that any changes has to be done at WA, if you give them your login information they are suppose to be able to do it, other wise i really don`t know, sorry.

Go to your blue tab "Site Rubix," Click that, and click Site Manager. It will bring up your site's info including log-in info. If you do share your log in info with someone, please remember to have the Site Rubix generate another encrypted password when you're through with whatever you're doing.

hi there ms$... :) thank yOU. Where is this info? is it under details? because I gave them the FTP user name and password and they said this is not what they need. They need to login and password for the wp site. Thank you for telling me about generating another password though. Any more ideas? I've been fiddling with this most of the day...frustrating. :) than you again!

Yes, as Sam and I have both advised, see the menu in the upper left hand side of your screen? See the black tab "Affiliate Bootcamp?" The one above that is the blue tab "Site Rubix." Mouse over that and you'll see a drop down menu with "Site Manager" being the first one. Click that, and you will see your site details including the log-in info.

yes, i'm pretty familiar with logging in this way. I'm in and out of here all the time. When i click on site manager, it tells me the last backup, wordpress version, server performance, pages, posts..etc., the info is not here. If i click on the white gear tab, it does give me the FTP username and password, but the folks at Mythemes tell me this is not what they need. sigh.. :) Thanks for helping me. not sure where to go next...

Jackie - after you go to the Site Manager and you see the wp version, server performance, pages, posts, etc., do you also see a little tab that says "details?" Click that.

You should then see "Your Website Administrator Users." You should see, in that section, the 'admin" and the password to log in via WP.

Well? Did you click on the "Details" tab???? Let us know!

would someone like a video on this?

I don't see the option. Do I just pay the $19 for month and then pay for the entire year?

Hi Jackie,

Yes, the yearly option will be unlocked once you take the $19 offer. You can upgrade to yearly any time after you upgrade to premium.

The yearly price will be pro-rated based on how many days are left in your monthly membership.

I hope this helps and please let me know if you have any other questions or need my help.

~Scott~

Hi there!

First click the icon at the top right of your WA screen (your profile icon).

Now select "Account Settings."

Under "Subscription Settings" about halfway down the page, you will see "Membership: Premium Monthly" or something along those lines, depending on your membership.

To the right of that, click "Manage."

Finally, select "Upgrade my Membership."

That should get you there. Cheers!

Hi there...i'm new and trying out the free trail. My question is...if i build my sites here, is it on your platform? Meaning if i stop the premium service, I would lose my site

Hi Jackie,

You are building your sites here on the WA platform and having them hosted here if you're a premium member. If you would ever decide to leave WA for whatever reason you can take your sites with you as long as you own the domain.

You'll have 30 days to move your sites to another hosting platform from the time you cancel your membership here at WA. You are in full control of everything here at WA. The only thing you don't have access to is the Cpanel for your hosting.

If you would rather host your sites elsewhere thats totally up to you though. WA provides this service at no extra charge and it's one of the many benefits of being a premium member.

Let me know if you have any other questions Jackie.

Cheers
~Scott~

You are able to back up your sites built here and move them to another Wordpress server. They simply offer hosting here as part of the service.

Am I building my business on your platform?
