Hi, I am so sorry to hear this hope you find what you need. If you go to your profile click on it you have all your account settings all there so you can adjust them accordingly hope that helps.

But I think the problem lies with the "ambassador's" lack of assistance, and the fact we cannot find our URL/domain has gone, which is strange 'cause that belongs to us!
SiteRubix has also disappeared.

Jackie you do know you can add in a site support ticket and they are really awesome at what they do. I dont know who you mean but if you need help I can guide you also as best as I can. Let me know what you want me to do. Just go to the website link on the left click it and right at the bottom is site support. They are super fast in helping you too.

we've built website couple months ago. WA canceled our URL due to payment renewal. So now we've payed once more and it seems we're stil offline
Reach out to site support and ask them to restore the site from a backup..I think they only keep it for 30 days so it's probably been removed.
Site Support is great and usually very quick to respond. I hope they get it all fixed for ya!
