Do i have to open own my bank account for commission? and what is a click per money market???? i am not pretty sure about that nor ame...
Hi - if you open up a PayPal account they will ask you to validate your bank account - and may deposit $0.01 or £0.01 to it - that will also link the bank account, or credit card to you paypal account - so if you try to purchase anything, but don't have enough in PayPal, they will automatically charge your card or deduct the money from your designated bank account.
Thereafter - as Thomas has already said, affiliate programs will pay you via PayPal (which you can withdraw to your bank account) or by bank transfer, or cheque - it depends on the affiliate.

It's really up to you when you want to open your bank account. I personally would do it sooner than later.
For the commission question, it depends on the affiliate program.
A lot of affiliate programs will pay by direct deposit and that requires you to have a bank account. Some will give you the option of receiving a check, but will usually charge you money to do so, unless you are an international affiliate in which case they will usually waive the fee.
Yet other affiliate programs will pay through paypal, so it pretty much just depends on the affiliate program.
I used my "travellers" account, which is an extra account that has a low balance except for deposits and then transfer money into my main account. Wells Fargo gives an extra account like this for every customer. Kindof a pain at first, but I found a use for it.
