I hired a failed Marketer. GREAT DECISION. Almost
I was actually looking for a writer for a new niche. When she applied I was impresseed with her skill set. She was not Lazy or Stupid. She was willing to put in the work and she was not waiting for magic. She was not broke, so I knew it was just a matter of time before she took off. I hired her and she was great. In a short time I was very dependent on her. My mistake was showing her how to make money quickly. Soon I was more dependent on her than she was on me. GOOD PEOPLE WILL ALWAYS WANT TO MOVE ON AND DO THEIR OWN THING. Some will be afraid to start but most want to SOAR on their own.
So 2 weeks ago she left us. I was scrambling trying to reassign all of her tasks. While right in the middle of our Launch... WAR on Diabetes.
So I am looking for another Marketer. This time, I will take a page from Kyle and just give a little at a time. I wish her the best. She wasreally great.

Its a tricky balance to strike. Maybe sometimes approaching it as a partnership rather than employment might work better. Have an incremental sharing arrangement or something like that. You may reduce your earnings in the short term but have a profitable partnership for a long time. Like Kyle and Carson ;-)
I don't know if I'll find another marketer but I do need a replacement writer. My lead writer worked for a television station and they will no longer allow her to work for me.
In the last 40-plus years being an senior IT person I have probably hired more than 1,000 people. However in my current role today I find that things are slightly more difficult.
At least your experience comes in handy in finding people to hire. All the best.
