How Long To Make Money With WA?
What's up guys and gals!? I hope you're having a great day.
A few weeks ago, I got my first "big" payout from Wealthy Affiliate. I earned $442 in commissions, and it was the first check I've got from WA.
I was looking forward to this day for a long time. :)
And when I saw this on my phone, I went ecstatic!
This is just a first of many :)
But, it took a while to reach this point.
I was working for months and months on writing content, getting traffic, improving my site and user experience, recording videos, and I still do all those things because I believe that the better service you give, the more you receive.
During this time, I had my ups and downs. Not every day was the same.
Honestly, there were some days when I wanted to say"the f*** with everything" and just quit. It's the easiest thing to do when you are working like crazy, and you get little to no results.
But what got me though was the fact that affiliate marketing is a slow process. It's called passive income for a reason. In other words, you need to put the work in and wait for results.
Now, the waiting part is the worst.
You spend days, weeks, and months building everything, but results seem to stay in place.
You see, we live in a world of instant results. Want a car? Get a loan, and a new car is in your garage in days. Want pizza? Put it in a microwave, and it's done in five minutes. Want to talk to someone who's not here? Just call him/her on WhatsApp and talk.
We are used to getting things fast.
But affiliate marketing and the methods taught at WA take time.
The hardest part about it is committing yourself to the process and working for nothing for quite some time. But it's an inevitable fact. That's just how affiliate marketing is in nature.
I still have a hard time comprehending this fact, even though I'm well aware of it.
Let me give you another example from expereince.
A few weeks ago, I logged into my Commission Junction affiliate account, and was pleasantly surprised to see 91 euro sitting there and waiting for me :) I did the work a long time ago, and totally forgot about it.
The commission is from the program that I don't care about right now because I have no time for it. But in the meantime, I've made another sale from the same program, even though I haven't touched it for a while.
This just proves the fact that you need to stay patient and persistent and keep moving forward. The results will come last.
The good thing about your results is, they are cumulative. In other words, the same way you pile up the work in your present moment, the results will pile up accordingly in the future.
The bottome line is, keep hustling and give your best every day! The more you give now, the more you'll recieve in the future ;)

Great job, your exactly right this business is going to pay off if you stay with it and do what the program teaches.
I joined last March and in the summer I kind of lost interest and didn't do anything.
Then a couple days ago I thought to myself you paid a yearly premium and your setting around get back to work.
So I did and I'm excited again to do the business, I've got some people to help me if I need it so what the heck let's do it!
