I hate to bother site support again but I figured out why the domain transfer would not go through. I regret not buying the domain through WA to eliminate this issue but anywho

When you have issues with a bought domain at WA you need to get in contact with Carson, not with site support, Carson is the one you need for that

I never knew that no one told me. People said to go through site support thank you for letting me know. I was feeling like a fish out of water for a minute.

This is an issue you have with GoDaddy, do they have a live support chat on the website?

Yeah i found out that i can't transfer a new domain for 60 days but WA still charged for a year's domain renewal.

I bought a domain through GoDaddy. I paid for the renewal of your domain of 1 or more years for $13.99 through WA the transfer didn't go through and it's asking me to pay again

If you haven't already, go to https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support. Answer No to the first question concerning whether it's about your website and then raise your question. You could also PM Kyle or Carson. The couple of responses I've gotten from support have taken less than 30 minutes.

Its weird they haven't responded yet. Ive contacted them twice. Thank you BizMaker for your support :)

Domain transfers can be tricky. Often you have to release the domain for transfer from the original registrar before it can be transferred. GoDaddy should not be charging you if the transfer did not go through (that is a GoDaddy support issue).

I'm not sure what the process is for transferring a domain out of WA. I would go to "Site Rubix" and open a support ticket to see if and where you would release the domain for transfer.

Godaddy already released it. WA is charging $13.99 which i paid but the transfer didn't go through and i was already charged. When i tried to do the transfer again its asking me to oay again through WA
