I'm afraid plagiarism is rife, although it may well be that the two sites have the same owner as you suspect. There's no penalty as such for duplicate content, it just doesn't rank. Google and other search engines won't "see" the content of emails so it couldn't affect a website's ranking anyway.
Thank you so much for your great reply, Bro... How to know whether someone is copying our email content or not?
Actually, Gmail or any email and its content is nothing to do with Ranking, Right?
Then How to beware of these kinds of copy cats?
Thank you so much, Richards, for your great reply... I understood... But my another doubt is How to get to know whether someone is copying our email content or not?
Why I'm asking here is a newbie like me will be tempted to do the same as the experienced people are doing... I'm not interested to copy somebody's content but after all, I'm a newbie... So I'm having some inferior feeling inside that, How can I manage to write my content? Who will read and accept my content and how to write my own content for my follow up or auto responder email? etc... etc... That's why clarifying now itself...
Anyhow... Thanks a lot for your Support...
