I found out that my website is not mobile friendly recently. I have tried using different tools but was unable to get the desired result. can anyone help me.
My website : h

Actually your site is sort of mobile friendly but the theme coding is awful.

If you're not familiar with CSS and responsive design the best bet would be to change the theme.

You can easily check the mobile friendliness of a new theme when it's loaded in the browser by grabbing the right edge of the browser window and dragging it to the left in order to narrow the width of the screen. Take it as far left as it will go to see the extent of the theme's responsiveness.

As you drag the edge of the browser window left you should see the elements on the page change size and re-arrange themselves automatically.

Also you should see this code near the top of the page when you right click and select 'view page source' (or something similar depending on the browser you're using):

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1" />

If that is not there then the theme is not responsive.

Let me know if I need to clarify anything.

Cheers,

Martin.

Check again if you've allowed the Page Zoom on General setting.
WP Touch by default disallows page zoom.

Tried this too, but it's not working.

I want to remove the Html tags and attributes from the comment section. I have tried every option but it is not helpful.

Go to support at wordpress.org, I'm sure that's covered there.
