i Highlight the text then click but is not come up that is my peoblem

Highlight the text you want to use and then click on link icon. A box will come up in which you can put in the url to where you want to and click on open on another page. After this click on ok button and it will return you back to original page. Now click on publish button and now you should be able to go to view page or post and test it to make sure it is working
