I reside in New York and I noticed some sort of law that prohibits... something (??)
This program doesn't teach you how to make money in New York, but on the world wide web. I have friends on here from all over the world that are making money. Maybe some affiliate programs may prohibit certain states from joining them, but there are thousands of affiliate programs for any niche.
I'm not sure what you saw, but affiliate marketing is completely legal in New York. Perhaps, a specific program wouldn't let you join because of your state? Many affiliate programs do that for their own business reasons.
Yes I believe it was a specific affiliate program that prohibited new York residents. Thank you for your response.
