The page where I entered my About Me post had no spellcheck, no publication settings nor publish as. It does have a sidebar where I can preview or publish. Unfortunately you

Hi - did you write it in Site Content here at WA or directly in WordPress on your website?

Any more I have no idea

So, if you look to your left, if you click on "Websites", it then brings up a list, and one of the options is "Site Content" - as a beginner, this is where you should be writing your posts. This is the section that has the spellchecker etc.

Found out that Wordpress updated and changed the entire format which does not resemble the video instruction. Spellchecker no longer exists. Unknown titles are showing up. In my humble opinion it should be the responsibility of the administrators to keep the training materials up to date rather than having to bother you with it. I purchased two great domain names through WA and this morning Kyle told me that they do not support them and I am on my own.

This is what I referenced

Well, I believe you were given advice in live chat as to how to change your WordPress back to the old version to make it easier.

The platform is being upgraded, but as there are literally thousands of training documents and videos, it's a slow process.

It would be unusual that WA would not support your domain names. The only reason I can think of, is if they are country specific. For example, if they are not .com but .es (Spanish) or .jp (Japanese).

I did try and change it back to the old system but it created an even bigger mess. Both of the domains I purchased are .com

Well, to be fair, I have no idea what you were trying to ask Kyle.

So, you have two .com domains, both purchased here?

When you click on websites to your left, and then in the top right-hand corner, where it says, view all my websites, after clicking on this, does it show both your websites? If so, you should be able to pick which one you want to log into.

Both are shown and I can click on one and it loads with no problem. At any rate Diane I don't want to bother you with this any longer. The admin can't help and I do not need the aggravation.

I am sorry you are struggling. If you find its really not for you, you can cancel at any time, and you are given 30 days to arrange to have your websites hosted elsewhere, as they are your property.

I type a question in the top bar, put in a ?, hit enter and nothing happens. Same thing with the chat. Type a question and never an answer. Even former quetions from others

Hi - if you look at your own profile, at the top of the page, it shows that you have asked 3 questions to the community and received replies.

If you ask a question in Live Chat, you have to stay in chat to see if anybody answers you. You don't get a notification if somebody replies, you have to keep watching for the answer.

And I think you are the only one who has answered them. I still don't understand the mechanics of the "Need help William" question bar at the top.

William,

You type your question in there and it pops up with already answered related questions to what you are asking, this can save you time on waiting for responses. You can see what other members have asked in the past and the responses they got.
Hope this is helpful.

First of all I tried to post a question in the Need Help bar at the top but after typing it in there was no way to enter it.
The question was whether there is any means wher

You can ask other members for feedback by using this thread if you wish

Wordpress has different themes to choose from. Your theme may not look like for Kyle and that's fine.
You can customise your theme to your liking.

The top bar is more of a search bar to see if maybe your question had been asked before. If you'd like to post a question go to 'Help Center" left side of your screen right under "Live Chat." If you need to create more tabs, on your websites back page check under 'Menus." In regards to checking for errors, there is a spell check under Site Content when composing an article. Hope this helps! Best of luck and I wish you much success!

I Probably have partial questions all over the place but I simply would like someone to explain the difference between the Entrepeneur Certification path and the Affiliate trai

Echoing some of the comments below.... I am personally working through the Entrepreneur path to develop my niche. However I've found some of the modules in the boot camp valuable on specialist subjects so I've "cherry picked" some of those - from memory social media, google indexing etc.

So I'd pick the one that suits and concentrate on that but have a look at the other for bits that interest you and eventually complete both .... but don't be in too much of a rush. If it's a choice between an additional training and writing content - do the content.

I found both trainings great so in time I would complete both

Hi - I replied in Live Chat earlier. It depends on what you are hoping to promote. The Online Entrepreneur is for those who wish to join affiliate programmes and earn commission from products. The Bootcamp is more for those who wish to promote Wealthy Affiliate itself and get people to sign up to the program.

William,
Welcome to WA nice to meet you.

Online Entrepreneur Training (OEC) if you are a beginner would be where I would suggest you begin - it is niche related and a bit easier to follow giving you experience!

Boot camp Training - is a bit more intense and promotes WA more
than niche businesses.

I have taken both the training levels and not quite finished with the Boot Camp - I have been here 7 months - but according to Kyle it is not necessary to take both training levels.

Most members do however because you get something out of both the levels - it never hurts to review things we have learned - and
picking up a tip or two we might have missed ::))

Susan

Have you re-couped any of your investment during that 7 months?

Yes, William I have started to earn some small commissions
nothing to write home about - but proof that this is where you
need to be ::))

I do have highly competitive niches so I understand it is going
to take me longer to get to the top!
