I know that the new blogs now have already installed the kraken for images.

I remember seeing that old blogs will also receive with time the kraken too.

Anyone kn

Thanks Labman. I will do that.

You are always so helpful.

Lily 😁🎶

Interesting question! I'll check the answers!

Jeff

Basically is what "Labman," said, I just asked the site support and they were helpful as always!

You can ask site support to upgrade your site to the new servers and install the Kracken Plugin.

I'll do that thank you!

Hello, I'm writing a few posts, and I've found useful videos to upload at my blog from Youtube.

So my question is: Can I add Youtube videos at my blog posts(that others

You can embed any YT video into your blog, yes. Just grab the share link and place inside your post.

This way the video owner keeps all rights to the videos as if it theirs. You shouldn't take other poeple's videos and upload as your own. That's copyright infringement.

Hello,

Of course, I've never meant to upload someone else's video as my own.

Thank you for your answer!

Excellent. That training will show you how to do it :) Best of luck :)

Thank you!

For some time now I notice this "#tab-con-(number) in my URLs...you can say that it's a "duplicate" url that somehow appeared at my Google Search Console.

I talked with

Do you have posts divided in separate parts that are listed on the bottom of the post when a reader goes through it? I think this is called paginated post.

If you have it, then those could be the urls of each separate part, but I am just guessing. There is a tab in AIO setting 'Use noindex for paginated pages/posts'.

This also looks like anchor-linked sections in a post that are somehow attributed separate urls. This is a mistery to me.

1) If you mean that I have posts at the bottom (related OR previous, next post yes I do)

2) I guess AIO stands for All In One SEO... I want to inform you that I have Yoast...

3) It's a huge mystery to me because there is LITERALLY nothing that can explain about this tab-con...

Thanks for your help...further info about Yoast instead of AIO would be helpful

1) No, this is something else. There is an option to divide a post into separate units and then on the bottom you will have the numbers and 'Next' option or something similar but this is next for the same post, just its different parts. But as I said I was just guessing, I do not know if this would result in such urls. Have not used this option ever.

2) Yes this is about All in One plugin.

3) But such an url you can have if you add anchor links within a post. This is typically when you have a list of items (products) and you add a table of content on the top of the post, so when you click on an item in the table of content, you jump to the item below.

When you do this, you will have something added to the url of the post. This 'something' is what you have used as your anchor link text. See the screenshot from my post.

So check if the words which you see in those urls are perhaps your own which you used for the anchor links. I see 'tab-con' this is probably 'table of content' so i might be right.

If the answer is yes, then perhaps it could be that you have added such an anchor link to open in a new window (which should not be in any case), and perhaps this somehow causes such new urls. But I do not remember seeing them ever.

This is all just a guessing, see if it makes any sense. Otherwise, I have no idea what it could be.

Hello,

1) I don't think I've done this...I've never "divided" a post into separate units

3) The truth is I have a table of content at almost all of my posts but the truth is that only a few posts have the #tab-con url...

When you click at this URL with #tab-con at the end it just redirects you to the actual post and you don't even see it when the page/post loads.

I don't know if that makes sense...

By the way...if this is the case actually and the "table of content" do this somehow and create these URLs... then I guess that all of my posts should have the tab-con as "duplicate" url

So now you know where it comes from, this is progress.

I told you already, I suspect this extra url extension is probably because for some posts you open the anchor-link in the new window. This is why it 'redirects' you.

Do not open in the new window, this is how anchor links within the same post should be used, it makes no sense to open in a new window because this is jumping within the same post.

So make sure that you correct this and then see what happens. My guess is that the problem is going to disappear. Just test and see what happens, I am guessing all the time.

I have AIO and use anchor links all the time, yet I do not have this issue.

So this could also be related to how Yoast treats anchor links. Check in the settings of the plugin and/or contact the author. Now you know this is related to anchor links. Then the question is why this is so.

I will. Thanks for your help...

Well i'm curious to learn when did you start seeing traffic to your blog. I don't have many posts (29 posts atm) but the traffic is almost 0...maybe a few clicks here and there

I have a new site started two weeks ago and had traffic on the second day already.

1. Check if your posts are indexed and ranked. Go to Google and search

site:yoursiteurl (with extension).

This will give you what Google knows about your site.

2. If posts are not indexed, use Fetch for each of them separately and they will be indexed instantly.

3. As for keyword research, if you go over 30 qsr it is unlikely you will be ranked. Make it as low as possible.

Thanks for your answer.

I want to inform you that all my posts are indexed, some of them even ranked in the first page in google

One problem that i found is that i get "views" not "clicks"

2) I always use Fetch...

3) I try to go as low (qsr) as possible...

I see, but you were asking about the traffic. QSR is not the only important thing. So for example, if you are on the first page and no traffic, is it a keyword that has any traffic in the first place?

On the other hand, clicks are the matter of statistics. You can expect a few percents only, say 3 -10 %. More traffic will imply more clicks. If this is about organic traffic then add lots of posts to improve the actual numbers.

With 29 posts and low qsr keywords, the traffic must be small and the same applies to clicks. This is all about big numbers and statistics. See what I have in a site 2 weeks old.

Thank you for your help.

All the best,

I was thinking, If someone has a "portfolio" with let's say 30-50 posts and want to upload all of them very fast, like in a week or even less.

Will they have a problem (

It will depend on your traffic volume.
If its high then3 to 5 times per day is ok but of course the amount of your clicks could be much less overall.
Robert-A

Thank you for your answer.

No probs, hope it helps you decide.
3 to 5 is nothing to a power blogger.
