Hello, I have saved the login details on my computer but can't find where I have written them down. I have to move to a new computer so I need them to login on that?
If you go to your photo in the top right corner... and from the drop down menu click 'account settings'
Your email you used to sign up is there and the password field is there also ... have you forgotten your password or ??

Follow Chris's instructions and if you've forgotten your password then you can change it in your account settings.

Hi I am using it on Chrome on my old computer and that is working fine, but I am using Firefox on the new one and that hasn't activated even though I have gone through all the steps. I think I am missing a few plugins as well but I am not sure yet how to find out which ones I need and which ones I don't. Very confusing for a musician technophobe like myself.
I have just taken the new computer back to the store as they messed up a couple of things when they transferred info from the old to the new one, so going to clear everything off it and start again. This has been such a mission. I needed a new computer as my old one kept on freezing, but in the change I lost a data base of 12,000 which I have only recovered now. So I am STILL using the old one which is still freezing and incredibly slow. Very difficult to work like that as I sometimes have to wait up to 10 minutes for something to load. Now I can't open attachments. Not sure what is going on but I will get there!

I am trying to find a way to import my email contacts to my Facebook business page. I can't follow the instructions on the FB help page as the place I should click on to import
Thanks so much TJ, I found the help page and started loading the people I want to connect with on FB, sorted through 12000 names and was just about to send the message and then my computer froze! I have now bought a new one and am waiting for it to come before I try that again as it took me all of seven hours and then only to come to nothing. I thought of the WA people who have all talked about pulling their hair out at some stage or another so I reminded myself that this is part of earning my online stripes and went and had a vodka and red bull and felt a lot better!!

I am in the process of setting up a site, chose the template and the site has been built but when I go to the login now button to work on it, the site doesn't load. I have tried
Thank you, Robert and Forrest. It is my own domain. I couldn't register my local one so bought another using .rocks and I love that.
I have a godaddy account so did it there and pointed the DNS servers to WA successfully. It was up in about 10 minutes.
I think it was a problem with my computer. I could load normal pages but not WP. I am now working with my notebook (it's newer) doing the WP editing etc and using my desktop to run the tutorials while I work. I am enjoying working like this.And I'm learning to relax when I hit a problem and think out of the box to solve it. Going to upgrade my desktop with my first earnings!
Excellent approach Ingi. Definitely embrace relaxation when problems arise because from my 27 years of experience working with computers, problems will always arise. When this happens I either go hiking, or have a glass of wine or a fine ale, or I turn up the stereo real loud. :)
Is it a free website or one on your own domain name? If the domain name is brand new, then what Forrest said below could be true and you will have to wait about 24 hours for the domain names to transfer.
If you have just transferred a new domain name to the site, It could take up to 24 hours for the DNS to resolve

I have a couple of friends who are following what I am doing in terms of getting into internet marketing and as we want to work together I want to refer them through my own link
You can still do it without a website.
All you'd have to do send them your affiliate link, maybe through social media, email, or text message.
I don't think you would get a commission though if they sign up using your computer or ip address.

I'm pretty sure Starter members get affiliate links too.
