It's basically the same as adding any other ads, you just need to grab the code & paste it into your site.
Head to PropellerAds, ask their support to help you get the code, then you can jump onto this tutorial to find out how to put it onto your site: Step 3: Paste Your Google AdSense Code Onto Your Website

Hi thanks very much for replying to my question.I knew how to add pictures to my article but not after it has been published.In wordpress i was trying to figure it out after trying a few times but your answers have been very helpful.Thanks so much.
You can add pictures by going into your wp and click on 'add-media' button on top-left. Once you add the image and crop it, save it to see it on your website.
Please see the image of 'add media' button.
Wendy, make sure you're logged into WordPress and visit the published post you need to edit. Click 'Edit Post' in the black tab at the top, then add your images (or make any other desired changes), and click 'update' when you're done.
