I am interested in weight loss anything to do with personal development, promoting healthier eating habits, healthy lifestyle, mind health, over coming fear and stress..

Hi. Healthy eating habits might still be too broad. Who's your target? Young people, middle age, Baby Boomers? Or people with a medical condition? I think you have a great idea but focus it down and find your target market. Hope this helps a little bit. Remember, this is a very exciting part of your journey.
Hi. You have a lot of interests, but just need to choose one. If you chose weight loss, you would want to narrow it down. You could go with different types of diets, weight loss tips and advice, weight loss for diabetics, etc. I'm just showing you how you can narrow a niche down to a doable level.

I believe you can have 10 (or 30?) free keyword searches at Jaaxy each month with your WA account.
You can also go to Google's Adword for a free search. It's not as specific as Jaaxy or WA's Keyword Took, but it still can give you some rough ideas about the popularity of the keywords. Then you can go to Google and use the exact keywords to find out how many competitors you have and what they are doing.

Do a Google search on each of those. Good way to start. Later, you can zero in on each niche and more specific parts of each niche
