Hi. If you're speaking of WA they prefer PayPal so you should set up an account if you can. You will then see where your money goes. With PayPal you will need to connect it to a bank account or credit card. That's all done outside of WA. Hope this helps.

I don't think that PayPal takes anything to transfer to your bank account. They take their fee from the amount that you are paid. That fee is typically 2.9% plus $0.30 USD. For example someone pays you $20 then you will receive $19.12.

Too young is never an excuse for anything, so no, you are not too young!
In fact, you discovering Wealthy Affiliate and reaching out like this shows a maturity that most people your age to not have.
That having been said, I agree with Josh, you should definitely have permission from your legal guardian...

I am not in any rush at age 14 to be getting into any illegal issues so all i want to know, is this fully legal?
Are you talking about internet marketing? or you as a 14 year old doing internet marketing?
If it's your age then you would have to look at the terms and services of each website that you sign up to. I know a lot of affiliate networks will have in their terms and conditions that you must be 18 to join.
You could potentially have your parents sign up for an account on the websites that have an age requirement and then just use that account until you are 18.
if you don't want to go that route you could just work on building your websites and getting traffic to them now, and then monetize them when you are 18.
