Where would the answers show up? This box has not worked for me so far. What am I missing?
When you type in your question a drop box with all the suggestions drops down and if you see one that looks like it could be the answer to your question click on it and it will take you to that post.
Keep changing your question until you see a good response.
The question box is a bit tricky and spelling does count. As you type out your question it is best to watch the box as it will start adding suggestions
I understand that John. It took me forever and still give me fits. If all else fails do what you are doing now. If you click on the pen in the top bar you can ask a question there pretty easily

I found out that if I type the question in, and start taking letters away from the end, it starts searching.....
The white box with the tutorials that can help, then opens up.

I tried to send Private Message before I went Premium but the attempt was blocked and I could not return to the original message page. I spent over half an hour on that messag
Well, I didn't click on the box until I had finished the message. So rather than pressing ADD I clicked on Private Message. I think that's what happened. I will just open up those topics with you as we go along. And I am Premium now so they can be private! Cheers!
I think it's gone seeing that you can't really send private messages as a free member. I'm not even sure why they let you open the message thing to create one.
This is a stretch but you could ask site support......may be they can locate it for you.

If you follow someone you add them to your network You can find them that way after that by clicking the network tab on your profile page
