Hi Heni,
I see that you have just joined and have gone premium currently you are unranked, so there is a time delay sometimes in becoming premium and all the premium features becoming available in your account. that is why you are having some issues give it a little time and it will work itself through, this can happen when a systems update is happening.
AS starter members we can not register a domain inside WA or create more than two Site Rubix websites.
The processes are pretty streamlined here in WA, another reason for not being able to register a domain name is that it is already taken or it is a premium domain name which has a premium price associated with it, each domain name is unique and there can only be one instance.
Sit back it will work itself through if there are issues just post back here, I will keep a lookout, it will be okay.
Thank you so much for this very helpful response. I have also tried to create a website using a free domain, but perhaps the delay in getting premium features are causing all the issues. I will take your advice and step away from it until Monday and hopefully it will sort itself out by then. Fingers crossed!
Thank you, but this is exactly where I went when posting this question. I don't have a domain because it won't let me create one, so I had to ask a question. I posted a question but no replies yet other than yours with a link back to where I started. Is that what site support is? posting a question, or am i missing something? As far as I can see site support it asking questions for the community to answer.

That is exactly what I've done. The question is posted and noone is offering a solution. Everyone is just telling me to contact support. What is the point of that if noone can offer a solution. Sorry, it's been going for two days now and I am not the only one, I can see others are getting the same error. Help or advice in getting it created is what we need. Thank you for trying to help though. I am considering cancelling the premium membership now, because no point not being able to create a website. I've contacted support, asked the same question over 20 times and noone is offering the advice.

See that you've just joined WA & that's wonderful --- suggest you check and ensure that you have completed your account set-up and occasionally, it just takes a day or so for all the auto-processes to go through completely ... try again the next day ....
as they say, 'patience is a virtue!' ....
