Hola Pedro,

Nice to see you again.
Thank you for this post, good one.
Did you also suffer those tremendous rainfalls recently in Portugal? Here it has been really bad, not in my home but other villages.
Is your website going well? I hope your family is happy and healthy.

All the best, Taetske

Hola Taetske

Yeah, we are great, thank you. Weather has been crazy this fall, lots of rain here in Portugal as well, but thankfully the city where I live been OK for now.

We even had a hurricane passing by Leslie...

As for my websites, they doing fine.

Lately, I've been working mostly on SEO for a Portuguese company building organic traffic and optimizing AdWords campaigns to monitoring conversions.

Hope you are doing well & fit ;)

Cheers
Pedro

Absolutely, Pedro. I only realized that importance that new content has on my website recently. I now write a post every single day!

I used to write only 10 - 12 posts per month, which might seem like a lot to others, but when your niche is competitive, you gotta work harder to outshine others.

So, I've been writing everyday! One post a day = 30 posts a month.. :) Let's see where that brings me. I know for sure it will bring me somewhere good.

Hi Reyhana
Thank you for your comment.

You are on the right track if you are pulling 30 posts a month targeting low hanging fruit keywords and doing SEO right its a matter of time you enter autopilot ;)

Once our website has like enough traffic going on on a monthly basis is time to start using tools to understand traffic behavior such as google analytics and webmaster tools so we can boost conversions.

By then pulling a couple of posts per week would be fine because we should spend more time optimizing and promoting than creating content.

Cheers
Pedro

Thanks a lot, Pedro. :) I'm already using Analytics but still need to learn how to analyze more efficiently and what actions to take that are appropriate.

But you're so right! Within our first year or two, we should focus on content, then afterwards, learn from our best content and optimize them, while optimizing newly written content too.

That's when we'll be working smarter, and not harder.

Wise words ;)

Have you seen this Jay training? Worth a look :)
