How much time do you spend on marketing?
Once you have your blog or post then what do you do.? People have to find it so you can get the traffic and the interaction.
How much marketing of the blog do you do?
Where do you market?
How often do you market.
I have a schedule and market on all the social media sites and within them I market to groups in my niche.
This all takes time and diligence?
What tools do you use to make marketing easier for you? I would love to hear from you.
Thank you and to your continued success
Helen

Helen this a great question! Time involved in Marketing may not be as important as marketing the correct information. I would look at the material that's being marketed. Does the material look good to you? Why? Now ask yourself if the material looks good to you, then are you the targeted market? We often make this mistake because we haven't drilled down to the root of the problem(s) to be solved.
Your questions are very much on target. I think, well I know marketing becomes a part of your breathing. You market as often as you think you need to if your goals and objectives are not being met in accordance to your marketing plan. Your signature block is part of your marketing and alerts your audience know you're involved in something. Hopefully they ask you what what you do or are doing.

thank you for the questions being a newbie i still don't know what is priority yet.So i do about 2 hours of answering mail and about an 1 hour trying to get ahead. But one little thing or wrong click get set me back days, because i don,t understand.
I don't market nearly as much as I should. Clearly something we all need to focus on a lot more.

Hello Helen, the time differs with along your business has been up and running. In the beginning you need to attract traffic so your marketing has to be intense and often. Once your traffic has built up then your marketing becomes group specific and not so frequent, but still necessary. The reason for this is if the content is good and your visitors find what they are looking for then word of mouth becomes one of your biggest marketing tool.
So true thank you so much for your insight on this.
