How do you handle everything that has to be done running your own online business.

  • Images
  • Networking
  • Blogging
  • Marketing

Also fact checking can take up so much time because when you are researching you have to consider that a lot of what you see is others blogs and opinions and sometimes they are not based on fact.

How do you handle the stress and the time.

I have many blogs on my sites covering stress and anxiety and the one thing that I mention them in all of them is to journal. Yes journal your feelings. Brain dump into a journal. You will be surprised how much better you feel when you get all of those negative emotions out of your head. Keeping all that in your head can make your mind explode (lol)

Thank You for the advise on removing waste matter from ones soft tissue to a hard paper journal, where I can close the book on it, writing words down seems to allow one not to have to keep thinking about it, do You think its kind of like channeling ones thoughts

Yes it is once it is out of your brain it leaves you to think about more things that might be more resourceful.

Yes, I have been shopping for a new journal. One for this chapter in my life.

There are some really nice ones around, I love having nice ones makes me want to write even more.

Writing down your thoughts releases stress. I have been doing it for years. Great article!

The best think is to walk away and continue walks no fir a couple of miles and that does wonders !!!

Walking outside is always a good thing.

I do min 3 miles a day
