I cannot login to my back office, because either my user name or Password is not working. I have been submitting user name of hugh@tescoinc.com, and also hughhubbard1, and pass

Have you figured out the issue? As others have mentioned if neither login will work try sending a ticket to support or regenerating the password within the site manager tab here at WA.
