I may be totally incorrect Hugh,
but the starter are the ones that are attempting to do this the free way.
The special offer is extended for seven days for free where the beginners or seekers can actually enjoy some of the Premium Package tools without paying.
Hope this helps or is correct. I'm sure someone else shall enlighten you.

Thanks, I will see what other people say. That does help it gives me a starting point.
