Good content. Clean look. I like the pictures. I would change the graphic on this page though http://a-zhomeremedies.com/power-foods so that it is a white background instead of a green one. It will be easier for them to read.

I changed my theme to 2013 which is much better than naturefox, thanks to Labman with all his help. And now I am getting the following message on one of my pages:

Content Size: Total content size is greater than 150 KB (226.9 KB).
Two of the main reasons for an increase in page size are images and JavaScript files. Page size affects the speed of your website. Try to keep your page size below 150 KB, and definitely below 500 KB.
Errors
Title Length: Title is greater than 60 characters (84 characters).
The title of your page has a length of 84 characters. Most search engines will truncate titles to 60 characters. Consider the use of a smaller title.
Content Errors: There are problems encountered to retrieve 14 content files.

I do not know where you got poor SEO. I would use the following tool:
www.seocentro.com. When it comes up, click on the "SEO Analyzer" link in the SEO Tool box. Enter your website page in the box and your site will receive an SEO score. You can review the issues it returns.
My wife and I both use this tool. By the way, it's FREE.

There is no footer option in widgets only in the editor. All I see is this when I click on footer.php:

if you really are trying to avoid the html and css tho you should consider looking for a plugin, theres probably one out there thatll help you make a stylish footer without any knowledge of html & css

one way to do it would be to replace:

I'm guessing that the message indicates that you have the All in one SEO plugin installed but perhaps you have not configured it yet, or it needs updating after the recent WordPress update.

I saw this question on my dashboard area "All-in-one SEO plugin has been detected, do you want to import it's settings." Do I have to do anything or just ignore it?
I'm guessing that the message indicates that you have the All in one SEO plugin installed but perhaps you have not configured it yet, or it needs updating after the recent WordPress update.
