Ran interesting into an interesting situation when welcoming a new free WA subscription member. They claim that their sister upgraded to Premium paid and was locked out of her

Seems like Kyle, Carlson or Pedro are the main men to go to for this kind of stuff.

Send a PM to Kyle: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/message/kyle by clicking on Report Content for this issue, so that you get a blank textbox that will be clearly labeled with Contact Kyle or Carson. This way, Kyle will get your message in his inbox.

Be sure to provide the URL to the person's compliant so that Kyle can read it for himself and even reply if he finds it necessary.

This is another interesting way of handling... I am learning quite a bit here. Sent Kyle a PM as you suggested.

Hi - that's an odd story. There is no communication by phone here so they can't call anybody. I wonder why his sister didn't create a free account to get help. Their best bet would be to leave a message on Kyle's profile page. He checks it every day.

They inquire of @Kyle just a couple of hours ago via post to their Profile page. See attached screenshot. Something sister's payment was applied to an old email. If I hear directly form them will suggest going to Kyles profile and posting,
