I've tried it on my iPad as well and you're right - nothing seems to open the email for reading. You might want to get with Site Support and see if they know anything. I'll do the same and do some more checking. In the meantime, you'll need to use a pc.

I tried a few things with SiteSupport. Tried using three different browsers on the iPad and they all do the same thing, just highlight the email in the list...
It's most likely an iPad issue but who knows how to track that one down. It didn't throw any errors or anything in the system log.

You have been a great help Mike, in fact you have pinpointed exactly what the problem is, which is what I wanted.
I thought it was something that only I was experiencing, but it looks as if others will probably have the same issues if they are using a tablet.

You don't need the short link if you are going to hyper-link text in wordpress. Do you know how to do this?
There is also a free wordpress plug-in that will shorten any link.

I thought I recalled Kyle saying it was just a tidy, rather than a longer, untidy link. Perhaps I misunderstood. I will go ahead and use the plug in.

I didn't see the short affiliate link either. Here's two alternatives.
1. You can "hyperlink" the text. This video will show you how: http://scamavenger.com/link
Hyper-link, aka hot link, simply means that any text on your website can be clickable. In other words, the text might read "I just found some cool training." After you hyperlink to it, if someone clicks on the text, they will be taken to where the link leads.
2. You can also shorten the affiliate link with Pretty Link Lite. It's a free plug-in you can get through your website by going to the plug-in area in the back-end of your site. Search for the plug-in, install it and activate it.
Pretty Link Lite will let you change any link to something that looks like this:http://scamavenger.com/link

Ray, I hope I'm not off-base here. I don't know why the short affiliate is not where it is in the video, but Wealthy Affiliate is a dynamic place that continues to evolve.

Have You tried it in a different browser, where You are NOT logged in to WA? Or logout, clear the cache of Your browser and tryout the link.
