Not sure how but I managed to put a pasword on my post so no one can read it which wasn't my intention so I want to delete the pasword but don't know how

Go into your back office and click on pages/posts whichever it is. Then hover your mouse and look for a quick edit. Click that which opens a small page showing password on the left side. remove it and save.
For the menu, just move your post under the page and slightly to the right. then remember to save menu and go look at your site and check if it's working.

Then you can add your site by editing that screen.

It looks like gobbledygook Nadia. I think they are worried about creeping cyber intrusion (viruses malbots, etc.) infecting the software!
It looks like they are wanting to know what software you will be using, which will Be WordPress. You may have to make a disclosure about your cookies and security.
