This organization is very reliable and upfront about the cost of the program. I assure you there is nothing shady going on here and I suggest you contact site support for help. They are amazing.

Hey Hong, I’m not the billing dept by any means, but I hope to clarify for you what’s going on. It looks like you forgot that you’re a premium member, and premium members pay a monthly fee,

I noticed on your profile there are several congratulations sent your way two and three months ago by other members when you went premium and you acknowledged them as well.

So it looks like you just forgot, but don’t worry, the charges you incurred are the same as any other premium member :) You can cancel all future payments at any time by going into your account settings, but refunds aren’t given in this case.
