I heard that dropping too many affiliate links is bad for your content. Is it the same effect to drop the affiliate link on your picture instead of your content?

Great question James, really good discussion. Thanks.

Remember, your pictures are a part of your content. Content is everything on your web page or post, written text, pictures and videos.

Read that about affiliate links it helped me a lot!

I think so yes, but see no harm adding a few links here and there.

Any affiliate link on your page counts as one. Any more than 3 and you could be pushing it. If you need more links, try linking to another page in your site that has even more links, internal links are good, affiliate links are not so good! :)

OK, that sounds fair. So, let me get this clarified. If I only have one link say my WealthyAffiliate link, but I put it in every picture I use and link a few key words on that page, let's say I have the link on three key words down the page it all counts as one? That is very good to know. I hardly ever mix links. I usually only have one or two at the most, but I put it on all my pictures which I usually have about 3 or 4 pictures. I also add the same link to my key words at least twice on the page.

Anytime you add a link, it counts as one link, no matter if its the same link or all different.

If adding a link to your page counts as one, then how can we overload our page with multiple links?

Internal links, external links, and affiliate links are all different. The more internal links that are all within your site are great! External Links that link off to more info are great! Affiliate links look like you are just trying to make a buck, not good for rankings.

OK, I believe I get it now. I understood your statement to mean that all of my links on one page count as one link collectively not as one individually. My first thought was that if I had 5 pictures and they each had a link then that would only count as one link, but you are saying that if I have five pictures each with a link on them then it would count as five links, which is not a good thing.

I have another website that I created outside of WA using the same style I used to build my WA website. Can I submit it for feedback here on WA?

Hello,

I think if you're a member of WA you have to transfer your site to WA !

That's so simple !

Have a nice sunday

OK, but if I am a member would not any and all of my websites be legitimate to add to the conversation for feedback and if not why am I limited? What is the issue?

I know a website within WA, you can get feedback from WA community by showing the website link. I would advise you to get in contact with Kyle or Carson the founders of WA. They are the appropriate person to guide and counsel you if ever you do not get an answer.

I wanted to ask this question - waiting for answers.

What is the easiest way to automate subscribers? I want to have them subscribe and contribute on my site.

To do that, you will need to use an autoresponder service such as MailChimp, Benchmark, Constant Contact, etc. All of them will tell you how to capture emails and send automated follow-ups. The cost for this runs the gambit from free to several hundred dollars per month (based on list size and provider).
