Hello! All you have to do to link your blog to your profile is scroll down to where it says "Websites by hmccool8" on the right hand side of your profile.
As for setting up your tracking campaign, I'd recommend check out this post by Kyle: Setting Up Google Conversion Tracking for WA Campaigns Hope this helps!
