WA website support 247 reality of myth?
Hello readers and friends-
One thing that we are told when we move from the trial version of WA to the Premium Version is that we are given free website support and that it's 24/7
To be honest I didn't really think that the support would be 24/7, but more of a, we'll reply when we can.
Over the last day or so I had a bit of trouble with my website after I moved it from the free site to a domain which I just bought via name cheap.
I started reading up a bit on some of the questions previously asked but still couldn't find my answer-
I then came across the website support- I put forward my question and without exaggeration I got a reply within 30 seconds to a minute-
Was that just coincidence or what? Well the answer is no. Over the day I continued asking questions trying to sort out the problem and working with the support to try and overcome the issue.
No matter what time of day or night I asked the question, I was given a response within no time at all and eventually we over came the problem and thankfully I now have access to my site again and can carry on with my course.
I was so happy with the support and help that I was given and the fact that WA had really stuck to their word that I knew I had to write this little message of appreciation-
I Hope I can assure you all that WA really does stand for everything that it claims and is a safe place for all that wish to join in the fun without any worries what so ever.
Anyway
Just keep trying and trying and i'm convinced that one day with WA I will definitely reach the goal which I have set out to achieve, and i'm sure everybody else will as well-
Don't give up, keep trying, and most of all, JUST HAVE FUN.

that was a nice blog, you will be find. i been here for 2 month and before i started i knew nothing. now i know allot i can even type with more then 1 finger. i think of wa as a computer class i'm not making much but i'm learning and getting better. i knew it would take some time with me, but 1 day maybe i can tell my boss to shove it lol good luck.
