Yes, the site support system is available and ready to fix the problem. I haven't had that issue yet.
having the same prob, sent a ticket to support about 45 mins ago still no fix, but hopefully they are working on it
I have the same issue. It is a relief to see that you have it as well. Site Support is on it for me. Have your reported it to them?

So i bought a theme thegem and installed it in my WA on my website www.whenlovehitsthefan.com but then I get an error for the plugins to be installed. the error is can't connec
They shouldn't have to log into your "site manager" here in WA. They CAN log into your website though. You can create a second login just for them (that you can delete later): https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites
To have them log in, try this page: https://whenlovehitsthefan.com/wp-login.php
Let us know if that works for you!
Regarding your plugins, WA blocks some plugins because they slow down your site, and the overall hosting. If the plugins make consistent "calls" to a network, it can be a resource drain. This may be the case since you said the error is that it can't connect to "thegem network".
If you give them the login they should still be able to log in regularly. They don't need access to your WA site to log into your site. All you need to give them is the login info. You can even create a temporary account for them to use to keep your site secure. That way, when they're done, you can delete it.
If you continue to have issues, contact support.
