I am just wonder because some of my possible niche target could be young adults, so I want to know if they can join directly or if they would need their parents' permission.
The age limit MUST have something to do with liability, as well...but maybe Kyle can enlighten us...

How old someone needs to be to join Wealthy Affiliate?
I always thought it was 18 but I did see a n alleged 14 year old once . What I do recommend is that parents involve the children for the education and experience.
I do agree with you, the classes are detailed enought to be understood under parent's guidance.

While preparing the feedback for a website, I lost the page, and when I went back to it, there was a different website for comment. How do I get back to the one I was reviewing
This is a good question. I got back to it with the back button. Have you tried your browser history?
That would be a very good suggestion in principle, but the history stores the page, not the flag stage of the php (or whichever dynamic coding they use), it only shows the initial stating point with a new website to give feedback to.
It would be great if it kept the position you were last like the courses do.
Not sure I understand you but I think you mean you commented on someone's profile here in WA?
If this is the case, you can click on Activity Dashboard on the left column and you might find it there. Also, before the first post, there are boxes for you to choose your settings.
