I can try to make one, but all I did was following the raining of Kyle. If you read my latest Jaaxy review I give an example how I do it there.

If you have the time then do it. I feel it w")ill help a lot of people. Most of us are following the training and not many can achieve the results you have shown so far. :) Marc
