My Facebook Addiction

I know I shouldn't do it!

I know I should be posting lots of valuable information to my FaceBook friends and followers.

I know FaceBook has 2 billion users and a million new active users every day.

I do understand that I should be helping my target audience instead of constantly clicking the share button on those irresistible animal videos.

I tell myself that i must decide if FaceBook is entertainment or a tool for making money....but then I see another one and before I know, it I have shared it to my timeline.

Does anyone else here on WA suffer from this addiction? I have been doing it for so long now that I don't know if I can be cured and even worse I am not sure whether I want to stop.

Beverly I am impressed how people share on Facebook private matters like they are dealing with their personal Physician Analyst.
Share where when and where they will be going with and for how long . Look how much exposure do they have to people that they have no clue of who they are. Am I escalating to far the point?

My wife is a full on Fb addict. She was complaining about the scam emails she was getting. Then our WF Visa Debit card got compromised and had to be replaced. Shortly after that our WF Bank account got compromised and had to be replaced.

She's not about to cut down on her Fb addiction, but has agreed to forward all WF emails she gets to me. Most of them are scams and I delete them.

I'm just the opposite. Spend very little time on Fb ... way too time consuming.

I got 99 problems but a Facebook addiction isn't one of them.

got a great laugh from your response :))

GOOD POST NOT ME

Thank you for your blog post-Hilary, I would say, just stop! The number of times that I've gone to Facebook and wanted to look at something and before you know it, you're losing time, big time! Facebook does have its uses, but we really do have to be careful, if it is this much of a distraction to you, I would suggest closing your account and then watch your business grow!

I try to focus on the business aspect only

I used to do it, no more, I try to keep myself focused on what I should be doing when I work with the computer.
I only go on Facebook for 10 minutes a couple of times every day.

I No longer do it.. but I did at one point lol

Are you writing out goals for facebook BEFORE you log in?

It helped me A LOT..

Thanks for sharing, Hilary.

Any tool is only as good as it's proper use Hilary!
